WHAT TO EXPECT?



During the styled family session you will:


  • Observe how I interact with and prompt families to create natural, connected moments
  • Learn as I shoot for the light in real time, including position, movement and adjustments as conditions change
  • Ask questions as we go. No gate keeping here!
  • Shoot alongside me during the session and create your own portfolio ready images
  • Hear exactly why I make certain choices while I'm shooting
  • Watch as I gain trust from kids and allow play time to turn into authentic imagery
  • Get open access to my camera settings and how I adjust them throughout the session


This isn't a stand back and observe experience. You are encouraged to be involved, learn in the moment and walk away with both education AND content you can actually use!

With all creative details planned, your attention stays on technique, and connection.

  • This content day is limited to 6 photographers to keep the experience intentional and ensure everyone receives support, guidance and space to ask questions and capture their own images.
  • This session will take place approximately 1.5 hours outside of Calgary. Exact location details will be shared after booking.
  • This session will run for aproximately 2 hours
  • In the event of heavy rain or unsafe conditions, the session may be reschedule to ensure the best possible experience
  • The investment to join is $299. Due to the nature of this event and limited availability, all bookings are non-refundable
  • This experience focuses on shooting, client interaction and in the moment education. Editing education is not included
  • As a thank you for attending, all participants will receive a VIP discount towards future mentorships
